FAQ about Buying Innova Products
What happens if I buy it and I don't get the product?
Fist check if you own it by doing /profile in bot-cmds in our discord server. If it did not give you it at all contact our support team with a screen shot of your purchases page in your Roblox transactions and a date so we can check on our end.
Can I transfer a product?
The ability to transfer a product is contingent upon the following conditions being met:

The product must be a Paid and Scripted Product.

The recipient of the transfer must not currently own the product.

The person wishing to transfer must be the current owner of the product.

The person wishing to transfer must comprehend that after the transfer is complete, they will no longer own the product and can only use it if the recipient transfers it back to them. This implies that the only way for the transferor to use the product without repurchasing it is if the recipient transfers it back to them.
Please be advised that we have the right to reject a transfer request.
Why Doesn't My Product Work?
There are two possible reasons why your product may not be working:
- You have tampered with the obfuscated code.
- You do not own the product.
How can I get my products?
You can get your file one of 3 ways. The fist way is to use the link Parcel gave you when you had gotten the product. The next way is to do /retrieve in the bot-cmds channel in our Discord server. The last way is to use the myParcel dashboard
