Agreement to Terms​

As used in these Terms of Use, "Innova," "us," or "we" refers to Innova and its affiliates.

Overview​

Users are granted a licensed privilege to utilize the Product under the conditions listed within the Roblox platform. Any violation of these conditions may result in immediate license revocation.

Product Usage Rights​

  • Products are intended solely for personal or commercial use within Roblox. Redistribution or resale is strictly prohibited.
  • Scripts must not be decompiled, reverse-engineered, or have security systems bypassed.
  • Users may modify Products for personal use; however, distribution of modified versions without explicit written permission is not permitted.

Ownership and Restrictions​

The Product remains the exclusive property of Innova. Any unauthorized sharing, leaking, or resale will result in immediate blacklisting and license revocation.

Branding and Attribution​

  • Modification or removal of branding and credits is strictly prohibited.
  • Branding must remain visible at all times, although its placement may be adjusted as needed.

Enforcement​

Innova reserves the right to blacklist users, revoke licenses, or take any further necessary action in response to violations of these Terms.
